Their product lines include the industry leading Meridian Norstar series; the Meridian M1 series and their latest product the Business Communication Manage (BCM). Norstar is designed for users with 2 sets up to users with 200 sets. The product line includes two levels of voice mail - the Startalk Flash and the Norstar Application Module as well as three levels of ACD - the Minuet, the Prelude and the Symphony. The Norstar system will run on both the M series telephones and Nortel's latest T-series telephones also used by the Nortel BCM systems.
